Lyle Lovett – Up in Indiana  from Natural Forces

We just discovered a new bourbon that’s made in Indiana, where the tall corn grows, as Lyle Lovett so deliciously sings on his fine Natural Forces album.

There are two things that this brings to mind:

1) we need to get hold of one of these bottles and take a sip or two
2) we have the famous Chilliwack cornfields not far from the bourbonhours.com head offices. It would sure be nice to have some local bourbon….

I always thought part of the bourbon definition was that it be made in Kentucky, but that’s just where it all started: Bourbon County. I wonder what they would call bourbon coming out of “the Wack”?

    How about Tomawack?
