Woodford Reserve Releases New Bottling

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection

The Drinks Business Review is reporting that Woodford Reserve has released a new bourbon in their “Master’s Collection” series, the Maple Wood Finish. This bottling was aged in specially made Sugar Maple barrels, crafted at Brown-Forman’s own cooperage. Other editions in this special release line of bourbons are Four Grain, Sonoma-Cutrer Finish, Sweet Mash and Seasoned Oak. We do think highly of their “regular” offering, the Woodford Reserve Single Barrel, and would dearly love to line up the entire Master’s Collection end-to-end and do a tasting. Here’s hoping…

In the meantime, the press release does indicate that we in Canada will be receiving some of this bottling. As soon as I am able to secure a bottle or two I’ll let y’all know about it.
