- 2 ounces Knob Creek Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh apple juice
- 1/2 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a collins filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh sprig of mint.
